ECLIPSE

Our darkest, most deliberate roast. ECLIPSE layers Ethiopian depth over Colombian sweetness — cocoa nib, dried fig and a slow finish of burnt caramel that lingers long after the last sip. Roasted in twelve-kilo batches, rested seven days, released only when it is entirely itself.

AURA began with a simple conviction: that specialty coffee, uncompromising quality and an elegant room belong together — not as luxury, but as care.

We source in small lots directly from farms we know by name, roast on-site each week, and train every barista on the same standard: taste before you serve. The result is a cup with depth — and a space that lets you notice it.
